My name is Kirby Andre, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Jefferson Primary for the 2025–2026 school year. This is my first year in this role, and I couldn’t be more excited to join such a vibrant and dedicated team of educators, students, and families.

Before stepping into this position, I served as a Behavior Coach right here in Findlay City Schools. That experience deepened my passion for building positive school culture, supporting student growth, and working collaboratively with staff and families. With 13 years of experience in education, I bring a strong commitment to student success and a heart for helping every child feel seen, supported, and inspired to thrive.
